YOUTHnified Fair

YOUTHnified Fair aims to enhance the relations between nonprofits and the public, also empowering people to shape interest in community service. This was initiated by two MYLP alumni—-John Ten Khant & Lynn Htet Aung—as their program follow-on project. Conceptians contributed to the implementing organization.

The fair brings 21 nonprofit organisations—large or small, from educational organizations to environmental advocates in one place. At their own booths, the participating organisations share the programmes they are running, volunteering opportunities they can offer, and offer attendees gifts. As the second part of the fair, we hosted a panel discussion called “Founder Stories,” in which 3 panelists unravel their secrets in organizational leadership.

The event took place at American Center Yangon on Aug 10, from 12 pm to 6 pm. 580 registered for the event, and approximately 300 people participated in it. Event attendees interacted with organizations and got inspired by them to implement community service projects. This fair was also marked as the 2nd biggest event in ACY history.
